Board Form Processing Updates
Following the Spring 2026 grade submission deadline of Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the 4–6-week timeline begins on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, to process official transcripts and board forms. Every effort is made to complete the processing within the 4-week period as graduates seek licensure and employment.
The information below provides updates regarding board form processing for recent graduates of OU Health Campus programs. Updates are posted daily
each morning. To check the status of your board form, please log in to your student self-service portal and check under the Holds section. For any further questions, contact your specific college.
