Graduate Medical Education Internships, Residencies, and Fellowships

Graduate Medical Education verifications for Internship, Residency, and/or Fellowship completion can be initiated by directly contacting the Physician's Specialty Department. 

Please be prepared to provide the physician's full name, including any former name(s), date of birth, and the program start and completion dates.

For additional support, please contact the Administrative Coordinator for Graduate Medical Education (GME).

If your name has changed and you would like your diploma reprinted with your new name, you must submit a copy of the court order documenting your legal name change, the Affidavit for Replacement or Duplicate Diploma, and the $50.00 fee to OU Health Sciences Recruitment and Admissions.
